We established our garden from scratch on the maquis land we bought in 2010 and we maintain with great love and passion, with the awareness of ecological balances and the awareness of coexistence with all elements of nature. It basically consists of olive groves and a vineyard. We also have an orchard and raised vegetable beds that are sufficient enough for our family. Our primary goal is to garden by observing ecological balance, respecting the local nature with its local maquis flora and all its other components, and based on the basic principles of permaculture design and biodynamic agriculture. Our garden provides us with a space where we create a balanced and nature-respecting environment, produce for ourselves (inc family and friends), share the surplus with an extended circle, and dream of setting an example to our fellow human species against all the negative trends of the world. We believe that we are showing what can be done little by little but with love, slowly but with imagination and patience.
What makes our garden a boutique garden is the individual care, love and attention we show at all stages to all our plants. That is the individual care we take with each of our trees in the form of tree-based care, care and attention we show for pruning, maintenance, harvesting and evaluation of our products. More precisely it is living in harmony with them and co-existing within the system.
Currently, our main surplus product is our early harvest cold-pressed olive oil. If you want to be a part of the circle and the balance in our garden and be inspired by our doable dreams, keep on reading and exploring the menu items...

MIMAS MELANJ BOUTIQUE OLIVE OIL
Our boutique olive oil is produced in small quantities by hand-picking the olives in our own garden during the early harvest period and cold-pressing them in the factory on the same day.
WHAT IS MIMAS MELANJ BOUTIQU OLIVE OIL (MMBZ)?
First of all, Mimas is the name of the mountain that the great Greek poet Homer mentioned as "Windy Mimas" in his work Odyssey and is located in the Karaburun peninsula of İzmir (Symrna in ancient Greek) today. Mimas is also the name of one of the sons of Gaia, the mother Earth, in Greek mythology. Gaia theory, named after Gaia is the fundamental theory on which sustainable cultural design, namely permaculture, is based. Melange is a geological term that represents the rock structure found in the greater geological zone including the Aegean.
Mimas Melange Olive Oil, on the other hand, is an early harvest - cold pressed - low acidity - high polyphenol extra virgin olive oil with the trademark registration number 2021 177690 and obtained from a single garden (only ours).
